Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers clean and recently decorated rooms with basic facilities but lacks air conditioning which can lead to warmth in the afternoons. The service is friendly and helpful overall, although check-in could be quicker. The location is fantastic, overlooking the sea with great views and a peaceful atmosphere. The dining experience is exceptional, with generous portions and a good selection of drinks. Overall, it's a comfortable and friendly place but might need some upgrades for a top-notch experience.
The hotel has lovely views over to Skye and provides a fabulous room experience with beautifully decorated spaces and a huge comfy bed. The attentive and polite staff, along with the serene location, enhance the overall stay. However, the gluten-free sausage mishap at breakfast was a letdown.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with great views across the sea from my room and helpful staff during my visit. The room was spacious, equipped with a king-size bed, two armchairs, a bath, a coffee machine, bathrobes, and toiletries. However, navigating cases up the narrow staircase was a bit challenging at times. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The location overlooking Gairloch Bay was lovely and comfortable for pre-dinner drinks, but it might not suit everyone's purposes. The dining options catered well for vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions, offering a fantastic buffet selection. The facilities were well-maintained and added to my pleasant experience.
